Mike Cho, Director of Operations
Mike has been with RPM since 1998. Prior to joining RPM, Michael gained valuable supervisory and management experience working with two locally owned janitorial companies for 11 years.
Linda Holmes, CPM®, Director of client relations
Linda, as a former property manager, understands the needs of our property manager customers as someone who walked in their shoes for years.
Eduardo Marquez, Portfolio Manager
Eduardo (Lalo) has moved through the RPM ranks as a floor technician, building supervisor, and area supervisor to become an account manager of a large portfolio.
Chris Yi, Account Manager
Chris specializes in managing our services at recreation centers and other city facilities. He joined our management team after selling an unrelated successful business.
Marisol Lopez, Account Manager
Marisol, as an account manager for a portfolio of downtown projects. She brings many years in the business, and has performed both administrative and field duties.
Julio Aguilar, Manager
Julio specializes in shopping center cleaning and maintenance and has managed complex urban shopping centers, with needs ranging from pressure washing, cleaning, window washing, lift operation, with outdoor concerts, complex landscaping needs and even holiday decor installation.
Lynette Roth
As the founder, Lynette brings decades of experience to RPM.
TRAVIS ROTH, LEED AP, Director of Finance
Travis has been the financial manager for RPM since its inception and currently oversees all aspects of the company. While our entire operations team knows how to clean “Green”, Travis has the accreditation of USGBC LEED AP to document and earn the rating points.
